  1. What is your returns and exchange policy?

    All purchases and shipping fees are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, except in the case of defective or damaged merchandise. Please contact us if you experience a problem with any of your purchases, and we will do our best to help! After January 18, we will not be able to offer any exchanges.

  2. When do I have to place my order by?

    Quirk’s Holiday Pop-Up Shop will only be open until December 14, 2020. All orders must be placed by December 14, 2020 at 11:59 pm ET. No orders will be processed after that date and time.

    If you would like your order to reach you by Hanukkah, we suggest placing your order by December 3 or earlier. If you would like your order to reach you by Christmas, we suggest placing your order by December 12 or earlier. Due to COVID-19, we can’t guarantee that boxes will get there quickly, especially as we get into December.

  3. How will my order be shipped?

    All products are shipped via UPS Ground to addresses located within the continental United States. International shipping is not available. Due to COVID-19, please allow 5–8 business days to process and ship (excluding holidays).
