  1. What is your returns and exchange policy?

    All purchases and shipping fees are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, except in the case of defective or damaged merchandise. Please contact us if you experience a problem with your purchase.

  2. How will my order be shipped?

    All products are shipped from our warehouse via UPS Ground to addresses located within the continental United States. International shipping is not available. Due to COVID-19, please allow 5–8 business days to process and ship (excluding holidays).
