  1. What is your returns and exchange policy?

    All purchases and shipping fees are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, except in the case of defective or damaged merchandise. Please contact us if you experience a problem with any of your purchases, and we will do our best to help! After January 15, we will not be able to offer any refunds or exchanges.

    Note: our offices are closed from December 22 to January 2. We will respond to any inquiries during this time, but our responses may be delayed.

  2. When do I have to place my order to ensure it gets to me before the holidays?

    – For Hanukkah, all orders must be placed by November 16 to guarantee delivery in time for the holiday.

    – For Christmas, all orders must be placed by December 14.

    – The Quirk Books Holiday Pop-Up Shop will only be open from November 2 to December 14, 2018. All orders must be placed by December 14. No orders will be processed after that date.

  3. How will my order be shipped?

    All products are shipped via UPS Ground to addresses located within the continental United States. International shipping is not available. Orders will be processed and typically ship within 3-7 business days (excluding holidays).
