This does not apply to third-parties, including Aftership and The Everywhere Store® Powered by Zola and MailChimp; we encourage you to read the privacy statements of those other sites for assurance that their practices safeguard your privacy.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We collect the following data: name, email address, personal account preferences; transactional data, such as purchase information; and technical data, such as information about cookies.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

We have a contact form on our website so customers can reach out to us with any issues. The personal data captured is your name and email address.

All payment transactions via The Everywhere Store® Powered by Zola are encrypted using advanced, 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. They use Vantiv, a PCI Compliant, leading payment processing company, to secure your credit card information. Regular PCI Compliance security assessments are performed by TrustWave, the industry leader for compliance management.

The Everywhere Store® Powered by Zola never shares your credit card information with anyone.When you provide your email address, they only use it to contact you with information about your purchase. They do not share your email address with anyone.

We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. Please see the PayPal Privacy Policy for more details.

At checkout, you will be asked if you would like to sign up for our newsletter. This integration is through Mailchimp, and you will not be added to our newsletter list unless you actively opt-in. When shopping, we keep a record of your email and the cart contents for up to 30 days on our server. How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
